Chef Bryan produces quality handcrafted food in a casual fun way, making our products from scratch including, meats, breads, pastas, condiments, deserts and other original recipes. Below you will find descriptions and information on pricing on individual menu items. We have created a model for you to be able to customize the menu so it may fit your guests particular needs.  Chef Bryan sources his produce locally, creating a special seasonal menu, however if a menu item has gone out of season and you wish to have it as part of your customized menu we can always bring it back to accommodate you!

We have a standard truck travel fee of $500, this includes use of mobile kitchen, labor and all fees associated with travel.  This is in addition to the per person price of menu items decided upon, plus tax and gratuity. The travel fee is not subject to gratuity and we require a 50% deposit to hold a date. We will wave the travel fee after $2500 is spent in product not including tax and gratuity.

See below a list of examples of the food we provide. If there was something you had in mind as far as specific items go, we could most likely accommodate just ask! Since we make all items from scratch, we can tailor most recipes to any dietary needs such as gluten free, dairy free, vegan or other specified food allergies.  However, some modifications are subject price changes.  We can also provide custom wine paired food upon request and have a level 2 sommelier on staff with an ability to do this at an expert level.

$5.00 per person, based on at least 50 people

    • BBQ slow roasted pork  A tamarind, Chipotle sauce, apple slaw, handmade brioche bun
